Enrich Life encourages journaling own experiences and thoughts in a unique format and leads one on the path of inner engineering by being mindful of own strength, weakness, opportunities & threats.
TBE: How did you get the idea of this book?
Preeti Pathak: While I was freelancing for a web portal I connected with innumerable aspects of the Self which, people tend to either suppress or ignore in their day-to-day living. I realized that if each one aspires to be happy always, then a deep connect with the Self is imperative. And Enrich Life started taking shape.
TBE: Why did you choose to write on this subject?
Preeti Pathak: Since my early age I have always been inspired to help people have an happy and optimistic approach to life through my writing and counselling. Enrich Life is a beautiful amalgamation of the fundamentals of holistic well-being and spirituality through inner engineering. Being a wellness coach and a counsellor, I believe Enrich Life is the need of the hour.
TBE: What is the key theme and/or message in the book?
Preeti Pathak: Connect with the power of your own Self for a balanced and successful life.
TBE: What was your writing process for this book?
Preeti Pathak: I do not follow any particular writing process. I flow with the flow of inspiration when I write.
TBE: How long did it take you to write this book?
Preeti Pathak: 6 weeks of writing and 12 weeks of fine tuning is the time taken to create Enrich Life.
TBE: During your journey from the idea of this book to the publication, what was the most difficult thing you faced? Is there anything you find particularly challenging in your writing?

Preeti Pathak: The title Enrich Life signifies; empower and enhance your life.

TBE: What do you like to do when you’re not writing?
Preeti Pathak: I like to read, brainstorm and generate new ideas and plan my workshops.
TBE: In your opinion, what is the most important thing about a book?
Preeti Pathak: Different people connect with different aspects in a book. What connects me the most to a book is the topic/story-line and the authors style of writing.
TBE: What was one of the most surprising things you learned in creating your book?
